Ugh. I wish that I had checked Yelp before using this location. We usually do carry-out at the Sunny Isles location and have decent service/food. Well, last night I decided to give my husband a break from having to go pick it up and ordered for delivery. Our order defaulted to this location. The online order process was smooth and easy, like usual. It stated we would get our order in 24-34 minutes after 7:01 p.m. Great! So, my 6 year old happily watched the status screen in all of the different themes as Domino's told us each step of our order. At 7:18 p.m. it said that "the driver" had left the store with our order. Everything was great up until this point... My first concern was when the status went from "delivering" to "delivered - enjoy your order!" at 7:26 p.m. (only 8 minutes after leaving the store). Now, they're only about 3.5 miles from us, so it's doable, but not likely on a Friday evening. So, I look outside the building to see if maybe he was outside waiting to come in to deliver it. Nope. I sat on my balcony for the next 25 minutes waiting, waiting, waiting... And just about the time I was about to give up and call the store, I receive a call from "the driver". It was an abrupt call with no professionalism. He obviously didn't speak English (which is not such a problem, I do live in Miami), but kept saying I'm here, I'm here. I asked him where he was and he said, "I'm here...ok, bye" and then hung up. Ok...so, then I was debating whether I needed to go downstairs to all of the other entrances of our building to search for him when I hear a commotion at the corner intersection. "The driver" had apparently almost run over a few pedestrians while turning onto our street and proceeded to curse and yell at them in Spanish. Wow. All while proudly carrying the Domino's sign on top of his car. Anyhow, he finally pulls up to our building and looks around, as if he's waiting for me to appear. I live on the 5th floor and have paid for him to deliver it to "my door", not the street, not to the building door. After some hesitation and scrambling around in his trunk for our food (his trunk! since when do they put pizzas in the trunk?) he walks up to the entrance. I keep waiting for him to use our call box to get in. During the order process I gave specific directions on how to get into our building and saw that it was clearly listed on our receipt later on. So, no call. He walks out from under the entrance and I have to yell down to him from our balcony that he needs to push the button. He then asks, "what #?"...all while looking at the receipt over and over. Ugh. I had to yell the directions to him and our last name (clearly listed twice on the receipt) and, of course, he's not getting it. A lady walking her dog across the street is repeating to him what I'm saying and our last name over and over. What a freaking mess. So, finally he gets in the building. At this point it is 7:52 p.m. and I'm super frustrated and pissed. After a couple minutes he finally gets to our door and knocks once. I open the door almost immediately and he already had has his back to me while pulling the pizzas out of the bag which was barely sitting on the railing by the elevator. I kept thinking, all of this and our dinner is going to fall down 4 flights to our courtyard area. :-P So he awkwardly hands me our order and mumbles "hot..caliente...it's hot" which now makes me laugh because it wasn't even warm at this point. Just one glance at the boxes and I could see that they were damaged (one was half crushed). He then gives me the receipt to sign. I was so angry, but I still tipped him $3. It was too much. I shouldn't have tipped at all. Anyhow, I shut the door and was happy to be rid of him, but then upon inspecting our pizzas, I was very disappointed. The crushed box had cheese stuck to half of the lid. The thin and crispy crust was cold and soggy with italian sausage thrown all over the box and the ham and pepperoni pizza looked and tasted like rubber. This was the worst pizza experience we have ever had, not just for Domino's, for any pizza we've ever ordered. :-( This location does not deserve to do business under the Domino's name. We will never return and probably won't order from ANY Domino's for a very long time because of it. STAY AWAY!!

Came to Miami Beach on vacation and called this place because it was very close to where I was staying at. Bad service over the phone; you could tell the person who was taking the order sounded mad. Not a big deal because she was fairly quick and anyone can have a bad day. Delivery came in half hour, before than the expected 45 minutes. To my surprise, half of my Philly steak sandwich was burned and with mold. Maybe they burned it to cover the green spots. I will never order from this place again !!!! Please, check your food when the delivery guy arrives.

Well what can I say about the Worst Domino's Pizza Store in Florida!!! I was staying at the Monte Carlo apartments which is directly opposite and decided that I could manage the 1 minute walk across Collins Avenue to place my order. I walked to the store which was showing the glowing white neon sign open and tried the front door which was locked the server who was at the counter was determined not to look up and make eye contact with me. I tapped the glass to get his attention which failed on the first 2 attempts despite him being no further than 6ft away from the door at the counter. I tapped the door more firmly at which point he looked up and ignored me asking "are you open" to which he shook his head indicating they were closed at 11:15pm and continued making a pizza!!!! So I never even got to sample the poor quality food or delivery service, my advice, if this is the last pizza store in the USA ....... don't go there!!

This Dominos sucks. Horrible pizza. Never cooked all the way through. I have given this place way too many chances and the pizza always is a disappointment. I usually love Domino's, but this one is terrible.

The pizza is tastes great but it always takes FOREVER to get to my house and EVERY TIME I buy any sauce, they ALWAYS forget to add it to my order. The pizza gets here after an hour and a half, I get excited you know, at least I'm getting everything I wanted but no, the sauces are never there and they've sent me the wrong pizza a few times. Some of the workers are also really rude, I've called once to let them know they forget my sauces and they didn't even pick up the phone. Moral of story, pizza is good but the customer service is terrible.

We've eaten here a few times since they are directly across the street from us. We always place the order online and do the carry out/pay at store option. This has worked out perfectly since we don't have to deal with anyone. They are also super fast in our experience, our pizza is usually ready in 20 min or less. We also order the Plain Wings with blue cheese on the side (delish) as the others are usually a little too soaked in sauce for our taste. I highly recommend those. The reason we give them five stars is because the food is exactly what you'd expect and dealing with them has always been easy and quick (albeit mostly online lol). Also, they are one of the cheaper and still filling dinner options in North Beach on a lazy night.

I have been ordering from this dominos for a while. The delivery times are usually a little long. However, having the application for ordering I always end up ordering dominos because it is just so easy. The last three times that I have ordered, the pizza has taken over an hour and a half each time. The tracker that the app provides me with will show that my pizza has been delivered and my pizza is not delivered. The girl who deals with the phone is not very helpful at all. This will be my last time ordering from dominos.

What is the problem with delivery in North Beach?! I have never had food delivered in under an hour. In fact, it's now been 2 hours and 10 minutes since I placed my order with Domino's and I have yet to see any pizza. I can't even call to tell them I am going to just pick it up (this location is 16 blocks from the house, I mean REALLY!) because they don't answer the damn phone! It would have been faster to just make the pizza myself, including allowing time for the dough to rise!

This Miami Beach order was such a disaster that the Domino's sign gives me anxiety. Opting to stay in on Saturday night and snuggling down to some movies my neice and her friend were down to the cool order online system. To break it down. First delivery - one pizza came with meat, the kid cant have meat. they forgot the cinnamon stix thingy. So we have one regular pizza that they inhale. The guy takes back the pizza and says he would return. Hour and ten minutes later he returns with the same meat pizza and cheese sticks. Negative. We called so many times but apparently it goes to a system that then "connects" you to the store, which is actually a dial tone. Pizza project began at 7 p.m. and the right pie finally arrived at 11. Needless to say that pizza ended up in the trash. What a mess.

I ordered a large philly pizza and 8 wings at 8:31pm and its 10:05 and it HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. I called the store twice. I called at 9:35pm and they told me it was on its way. I called again at 10:05 and they told me the store was close. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I asked to cancelled my order and she said ok and hanged up. she DID not apologize for not BRINGING MY dinner, Its 10:10pm and I have to start cooking dinner for my family. The order never showed up. I hope I get my money back in a couple of days.

The manager has taken the time to reach out and apologize for the experience I received at this particular Domino's. I believe this shows some devotion to customer service and I'm fairly confident that they will have stricter quality control in the future hopefully.

The most amateur shit I've ever seen. Delivery was supposed to take 20 minutes. Took an hour and a half. The delievery guy didn't have change so I had to walk to the hotel across the street to pay him. Sat down to eat and what was supposed to be a crispy thin crust was actually a soggy shit in a box so I drove it back to the store location. No manager, the phone in here is ringing off the hook and the people here aren't answering and the guy tells me I have to wait here for the driver to come back with my money because he won't open the drawer to reimburse me. The driver took an hour and a half to get to my apartment so how long is it gonna take for him to get back here????!!!!!!

I am lactose intolerant so I order the pizza without cheese. If I pay the same price as someone who orders cheese, it would be nice to get more vegetables on the pizza. The pizza tasted good though. Just not a good value with so few toppings.

I wish I could give this store a negative. I too have had a horrible experience with this location. I ordered at 8:12 pm one night and was told over the phone about 45 minutes. Ordered a large thin crust half pepperoni/cheese pizza. 9:45pm and nothing, so I called back and told them just cancel my order it was already too late, and that i paid with my cc so how can we handle this? FIrst she hung up, then she tells me its on the way, at that time I didnt want anything so I asked her let me speak to her manager, "Matt" wasnt there and he would call me back within an hour. So I waited, then 15 mins. later a knock on my door and theres the delivery guy with my order. He apologized because he was running late, I told him about the situation and he seemes bothered because no one called him to tell him about the situation, I felt sorry for him and figured what the heck just eat it and tell the manager when he "suppose to call back" nevermind. I opened the box, and wrong order, thick crust pepperoni and crust was extremely soggy where it was disgustingt to eat and now I was pissed. I called back and I was put on hold for a very long time so I decided to email corporate office about this situation, I was contacted my the regional manager only to give him the location where this occurred and THATS IT. The store employees, corporate office, or regional manager didnt know how to handle this situaion right. Maybe even an apology could of been nice because sometimes we fill like we've been stiffed, but not even that..........so as Stephanie Tanner liked to say "HOW RUDE"

I have never had such a horrible experience with pizza in my life! The over abundance of new Dominos pizza commercials duped us into giving Dominos a try. The new commercials claim a sincere interest in customer satisfaction and try to explain how Dominos has changed their pizzas from the crust up to something other than bland, tasteless, passionless grease soaked carbohydrates. They lied. The pizza is still mediocre and the chicken kickers were spongy and chewy. That aside, we weren't expecting amazing results, and would not have demanded our money back even though the commercials claim that is an option. I did want to call the store and explain our displeasure, since they seemed to be interested in customer satisfaction. My complaints; 1). My pizza had far too few mushrooms. I mean very very very few to the point were it almost seemed like they had forgotten to put any on. 2). The chicken "kickers" tasted like microwaved overly processed chicken parts. (which they probably were) 3). The employees were very unhelpful and disorganized, to the extent that one man (who later turned out to be the owner/manager) actually told us that they were not running the special advertised on TV. We spoke to a girl later who corrected that and gave us the special. When I called to speak with someone about these issues, I was placed on hold for eleven minutes and fifteen seconds (according to my iPhone) at which point I gave up and called back because I assumed they had forgotten I was on the line. The man who picked up my second call then proceeded to scream, literally scream at me, for hanging up and calling back. I had not been planning on making a big stink, just give them some feedback so they could maybe improve their service. Being screamed at before I even opened my mouth was just too much. I called back and asked to speak with the manager. Sure enough, he ended up being the screamer. (of course) His name is Matt. He refused to give me his last name. When I tried to explain what was wrong, he rudely interrupted me and said that since I was obviously just trying to get something for free, he would give me a free pizza with my next order. I tried to explain that I didn't want another pizza (I didn't really want the one I already had, let alone another one!) I was just trying to give feedback. He alternated between screaming at me and calling sweetie and being rude-nice, you know how I mean. When I said I had taken a picture of the pizza and that I had only had about fifteen little mushrooms on the entire medium pizza, he sarcastically asked how many I wanted, twenty? He ended up hanging up on me. Really, I understand that his store is busy because of the TV commercial, but to tell me that the ten people waiting on hold to order a pizza are more important than a customer who has already coughed up their hard earned cash and is unhappy is just ludicrous. Customer service is of utmost importance, and I was deeply insulted and appalled by my treatment by this man. The food was mediocre, still tasted like cardboard, and the manager is a real A-Hole. I plan on calling corporate, or anybody else who cares to listen, about this incident. I fully expect a refund at this point, and will go through whatever channels needed to ensure we are given our well deserved pizza justice! Yelpers, a boycott is in order. Maybe not Domino's in general, but certainly this particular store.
